Download the Application for a Niche and a copy of the Guidelines and Procedures Governing Inurnment in Our Lady of the Snows Parish Columbarium. These documents are available online on the parish website or at the parish office.- After reading and agreeing to the Guidelines and Procedures, submit an Application for a Niche in the Our Lady of the Snows Parish Columbarium. When your application is approved by the Columbarium Committee and full payment for the niche is made, you may choose a niche. Niches are assigned on a first come, first served basis. All niches are the same cost.
- The cost of one niche which holds two standard urns is $10,000.00 (ten thousand dollars) and payment must be made in full at the time the Application for a Niche is submitted.
- Upon receipt and approval of your Application for a Niche, Our Lady of the Snows will give you a Certificate of Entitlement and Right of Use that specifies your niche.
